The apartment is in a vacation apartment building in a quiet area of central Eilat. On the ground floor there is a restaurant and a supermarket with a café, more restaurants are about a 4-minute walk away, and the sea is roughly a 15-minute walk. The building has elevators and a protected safe room on every floor.
