Orders placed on the website are subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and in particular to the provisions regarding cancellation of remote transactions for accommodation services.
When booking a room in a cabin or hotel through the website, the charge will be made immediately.
The reservation is valid only after the supplier’s confirmation.
After the reservation is confirmed, a final confirmation message will be sent to the customer.
The transaction may be canceled within 14 days from the date of booking, provided that at least 7 business days remain until the start of the service (excluding the check-in day).
In this case, a full refund will be made minus cancellation fees of up to 5% or 100 NIS – whichever is lower.
Cancellation of an order that does not meet the above conditions will be examined according to the specific supplier's policy, and will not necessarily entitle the customer to a refund.
When a booking cancellation entitles you to a refund - whether the host declined the order, or you canceled within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law - the refund will first be issued as credit to your account on the website, in the entitled amount. The credit is available for your next booking.
If you prefer a cash refund instead of credit, you may request it from us, and the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days from the date of the request.
Orders made using vouchers or coupons will only be eligible for credit, according to the voucher terms.
