1. General
Welcome to ZMRM (the "Site", "we"). The privacy of our users matters to us. This policy describes what information we collect, why, with whom we share it, and how you can exercise your rights.
The policy is written using a single form of address for convenience and is addressed to all genders. Use of the Site constitutes agreement to this policy and to the Terms of Service.
This policy applies to everyone who browses or uses the service, regardless of their location.
The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please do not use the service without the supervision or consent of a parent or guardian.
This policy was written in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13 which came into effect on 14.8.2025, the Privacy Protection Regulations (Information Security), 5777-2017, and additional regulations enacted under the law.
2. ZMRM - Who We Are
Langraph Ltd. (Co. Reg. No. 516809803) is the owner of the database and operator of the ZMRM site.

3. What Information We Collect
3.1 Information you provide to us directly
When using the Site, you may provide us with:
- •First and last name
- •Email address
- •Phone number
- •ID number - required for issuing a valid tax invoice in accordance with the Israeli Tax Authority's requirements
- •Booking details: dates, number of guests
- •Payment method - card details are transferred directly to the payment processor and are not stored with us
If you sign in using an external account (for example a social network account), only your name and email will be received directly from the provider.
Providing this information is not a legal requirement - but without it we cannot create an account or complete a booking for you. If you choose not to provide a particular detail, we will inform you in real time what will not function without it.
3.2 Information you enter during the booking process (even if you do not complete a purchase)
ZMRM allows completing a booking without prior registration. To allow returning to the process after an interruption, and for reminder purposes, we save the details you entered in the booking form for up to 30 days from the time the booking was created, even if you ultimately did not complete payment. After this period the record is automatically deleted.
3.3 Information about a third-party payer
If you choose to have another person pay for a booking (a "separate payer"), you will be asked to provide their name, ID number and contact details for invoicing purposes. By providing these details you confirm that you have permission to do so, and that the third party is aware that their details will be passed to us for this purpose. We will use this information solely for issuing the invoice and for the legally required accounting records, and will not add them to any mailing list.
3.4 What the Site collects about you automatically
On every visit to the Site, basic technical information is recorded:
- •Your IP address
- •Device type, browser and operating system
- •Approximate geographic location at country level, based on IP address
- •Which pages you visited, what you clicked on, and how you navigated the Site
- •How you arrived - for example via an ad click, a link on another site, or search results
- •Cookies (Cookies) and browser identifiers
- •Information about errors and failures that occurred in the browser or server (for bug identification)
4. How We Use the Information
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
- •To manage your bookings - when the first payment is completed, an account is created automatically, so you can view bookings, split a payment, and return in the future without re-entering details. No separate registration is required.
- •To process bookings, collect payments and issue invoices - part of the service we provide, and also a requirement of Israeli tax law.
- •To communicate with you about your bookings - booking confirmations, status updates, customer service, and WhatsApp messages related to a specific booking. The payment confirmation email may include a direct access link to the booking page. Without this communication we cannot confirm bookings or notify you of changes.
- •To improve the Site and the user experience - for example, to understand which pages are less intuitive and fix them.
- •To protect you and the Site - to detect misuse, fraud attempts and suspicious activity, and to identify and fix bugs using an error monitoring system.
- •To measure and analyse our advertising performance.
- •To send you newsletters and marketing content - only if you have explicitly consented to this, and you can cancel at any time.
- •To automatically translate content on the Site - we use AI tools.
5. Who We Share the Information With
We do not sell your information, and we never will. We share it with your host (name, phone, dates and number of guests only; not ID number, not email, and not other bookings), and with infrastructure and service providers who help us operate the Site:
5.1 Payments
- •An authorised payment processor that complies with e-commerce security standards (PCI-DSS). Credit card details are transmitted directly to them and are not stored with us.
5.2 Infrastructure and communications
- •Cloud infrastructure providers - site hosting, database, CDN network and logs, operating on infrastructure in the US and the European Union.
- •Communications providers - sending transactional emails and booking-related WhatsApp messages.
5.3 Measurement and advertising
- •Usage analytics tools - measuring traffic, site behaviour, and session recordings to identify user experience issues.
- •Advertising measurement tools - measuring campaign performance and attributing bookings to the campaigns that brought you to us.
6. Cookies (Cookies)
We use our own Cookies and those of third parties for several purposes:
- •Operational - required for the Site to work (to remember that you are logged in, to save the cart, to detect security issues).
- •Analytics - help us understand how people use the Site and improve it.
- •Advertising - help us measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and show you advertising relevant to your preferences.
On your first visit to the Site a banner is displayed with information about the use of Cookies. You can always block or delete Cookies through your browser settings, but blocking may affect some functionality.
7. Transfer of Information Outside Israel
Some of our technological infrastructure is located outside Israel, mainly in the US and the European Union. Accordingly, certain information about you is transferred and stored there.
We work only with suppliers who have signed internationally recognised data protection agreements.
8. Newsletter and Marketing Content
We will not send you marketing content (newsletter, promotions, offers) unless you have explicitly and independently consented to this. Consent to receive marketing content is not a condition for registering on the Site. Marketing content you receive may be tailored to your preferences based on previous bookings and interests on the Site.
Consent can be withdrawn in any of the following ways:
- •In your account dashboard on our Site - the account page has a marketing consent removal button that cancels it immediately.
- •Via the unsubscribe link that appears at the bottom of every marketing message.
- •In writing to privacy@zmrm.co.il - we will remove you immediately.
9. Data Security
We operate in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Information Security), 5777-2017, and take the necessary steps to protect your information:
- •All communication with the Site is encrypted (HTTPS / TLS)
- •Passwords are stored in encrypted form (hashing) and cannot be recovered
- •Access to information is limited by role and monitored
- •Monitoring of anomalies, suspicious events and errors
- •Our payment processor complies with PCI-DSS standards
- •Credit card details are not stored with us at all
10. How Long We Retain the Information
- •Active accounts - for as long as you are a member with us
- •Inactive accounts - up to 5 years from the last activity, after which it is deleted or anonymised
- •Payment records and invoices - 7 years, as required by tax law
- •Incomplete bookings (booking intents) - up to 30 days and then deleted
- •Technical logs and error records - up to 90 days
11. Your Rights
Your information belongs to you. You can always:
- •See what we hold about you
- •Correct something that is inaccurate or out of date
- •Request that we delete the information (subject to retention obligations we have under law, such as invoices)
- •Withdraw consent for marketing content
Simply write to us at privacy@zmrm.co.il and we will handle the request within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before making the change.
12. Changes to the Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. In the case of material changes, we may notify you by email or via a notice on the Site before they take effect. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
13. Governing Law
This policy is subject to Israeli law.
