2. Use of the Site

• •The Site is intended for users aged 18 and over.
• •Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Responsibility for the accuracy of details and their suitability for the booking lies with the booker.
• •If an account has been created on the Site, responsibility for keeping access credentials (password, access to the linked email inbox) lies with you. Please ensure access credentials are not shared with third parties. In the event of unauthorised use, notify us immediately.
• •Automated access, scraping, bulk search, or the use of tools other than a standard browser to view or collect information from the Site is prohibited without prior written consent.
• •Creating multiple accounts in order to exploit benefits, coupons, credits, or promotions is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel benefits granted in breach of this condition.
• •Unlawful or harmful use of the Site is prohibited, including infringement of third-party rights, publication of false or misleading content, and attempts to breach or disrupt the Site's operation.

3. Booking and Payment Process

• •A reservation can be completed without prior registration. Upon completion of the first payment, a user account is automatically created for the booker using the email address provided, so they can view and manage the reservation.
• •Payment can be split into several charges, subject to a minimum amount. Full details appear on the booking page.
• •At the time of booking, the charge is made immediately via the payment processor.
• •The reservation is valid only after the host approves it. Until the host's approval, the reservation has the status "Pending Approval".
• •Once the reservation is approved, a final confirmation message will be sent to the booker by email.

4. Pricing and Service Fees

• •The price listed on the accommodation page is set by the host at their own discretion.
• •The total price shown to the customer includes ZMRM's service fee, calculated based on the booking amount and subject to a maximum cap. Full details of the service fee are shown on the booking page before payment confirmation.
• •The final price, including all service fees, is displayed in full before the booking is made - no hidden charges.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• •Cancellation and refund terms are detailed in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and are subject to Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981.
• •In the event of a booking cancellation (by the customer within the law or rejected by the host), the credit will first be issued as a credit to your account on the Site, in the entitled amount. The credit can be used for the next booking, or a refund to the original payment method can be requested.

6. Content Uploaded by Hosts

• •Hosts are solely responsible for the content of their pages (photos, descriptions, details, prices, and internal policies).
• •It is prohibited to publish false, harmful, or copyright-infringing content, or content that violates any law.
• •The Site management reserves the right to remove or block content at its sole discretion, and to suspend the account of a host who breaches these terms.
• •If content on the Site is identified as infringing your copyright or another legal right, please contact us at office@zmrm.co.il with the content details and the claim. Such requests will be handled promptly in accordance with the Israeli Copyright Law, 2007.

7. Privacy and Data Security

• •Use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
• •The Site uses security protocols and secure payment processing services. Full details on security measures and incident monitoring appear in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

• •All content on the Site, including design, text, code, logos, and images, is protected by copyright.
• •No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from the Site's owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

• •The Site acts solely as a technology platform. The quality of service, accuracy of information, and accuracy of images are the sole responsibility of the hosts.
• •The Site is not a party to the accommodation agreement between the booker and the host, and is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the booking or the stay.
• •The Site does not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation, and reserves the right to carry out periodic maintenance or to experience delays caused by external infrastructure providers.
• •No liability is accepted for failure to fulfil a reservation in circumstances beyond our control or beyond the host's control, including war, emergency situations, natural disasters, pandemics, lockdowns, government decisions, or any other force majeure event. In such cases we will endeavour to assist with an alternative arrangement or a refund where possible and in accordance with the law.

10. Jurisdiction

• •These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel.
• •Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute shall lie with the competent courts in the Haifa District.

11. Changes to Terms

• •The Site may update these Terms of Service at any time.
• •Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revision date noted at the top.

12. Miscellaneous

• •These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and ZMRM in relation to use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings on the subject.
