About the place Accessible Double Unit with Two Balconies
About the place
An accessible double unit suitable for guests with disabilities, with step-free access. The bedroom has a wide double bed (1.60 m) that can also be set up as two single beds on request, and a glass door opening onto the view. A wooden ceiling gives the space a warm, rustic feel, and the shower area includes a corner jacuzzi.
The unit has two balconies: a covered one at the entrance with a seating area and a two-seat swing, and a second one facing the open view of the Sea of Galilee and the Galilee hills.
Location and surroundings
Amirim is Israel's first vegetarian and vegan village, set about 600 metres above sea level in the Upper Galilee and surrounded by Galilean woodland. The complex looks out over the Sea of Galilee, the Beit HaKerem Valley and the Galilee mountains. The village itself has the Mitzpe Kinneret lookout, a semi-Olympic swimming pool open in summer (free entry for guests), a grocery store and vegetarian and vegan restaurants. Mount Meron is about a 10-minute drive away, and nearby trails include Nahal Amud, Nahal Prod and Nahal Tsalmon, with the Old City of Safed and Rosh Pina also within reach.
Who is it for?
Couples looking for a quiet stay facing the view, and especially guests who need step-free access. The option of two single beds also suits two friends or family members who prefer to sleep separately.
