A private, heated and fenced pool measuring 7.5 by 3 meters, with an electric safety gate, a lawn and sun loungers. The jacuzzi room has a rectangular jacuzzi (1.8 by 1.4 meters) and a wet sauna.

Kitchen and hosting

A full kitchen with a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher and large fridge, and a dining area for 10 to 12 people. Outside there is a covered patio with a table for 16, a raised deck with a view, a lawn and play equipment for children. The house also has a washer-dryer, fitness equipment, a ping pong table and 7 parking spaces. Step-free access with bathroom adaptations (not to the official standard).

Who it suits

Extended families and large groups who want an entire house with a private pool. Parties, loud music and barbecues are not allowed on the premises.
