The apartment has a private entrance, a kitchenette and a dining area. The terrace and garden look out towards the Sea of Galilee and the mountains, offering somewhere to sit outdoors during the stay.

The yard has a hot tub overlooking the scenery, seating areas and barbecue facilities for preparing a meal. The kitchenette allows guests to prepare meals in the apartment and combine time outdoors with rest at the accommodation. Free private parking is available.

The apartment is in Poriyya Illit, on the ridge above the Sea of Galilee. In the area, guests can explore the scenic road through Switzerland Forest and stop at viewpoints overlooking the lake and the Golan. Ein Poriya is south of the forest, with a shaded stopping place and picnic tables overlooking the Sea of Galilee. These offer ways to combine a stay in the apartment with outings into the surrounding countryside.
